DVD – Disc printing (Disc)
Printing on DVDs is very similar to CD printing. Utilising the same offset and screen printing techniques for each, we apply our years of experience in CD printing to fine tuning the print on DVDs to optimal standard. The major difference between DVDs and CDs is the absence of a stacking ring on DVDs. This means a DVD can be printed right up to the centre hole, providing a large printable surface for your artwork.
We recommend a minimum font size of 6pt and a minimum gradient of 40% for DVD printing due to the difficulty of printing on this porous surface (lacquer coating).
