CD & DVD Replication
The key difference between replication and duplication is that during a replication run multiple copies of the CD or DVD are pressed using an injection moulding process from an original Glass Master. The resulting disks are marginally more reliable and are guaranteed to play in just about all players so long as the master also plays in that player (it is possible that duplicated disks will not be recognised by a very small percentage of players).
Generally this approach is adopted for higher volumes of CD or DVD. The reason behind this is that the per unit charge can be considerably lower, although the process is quite a bit slower.
At MultipliCD we provide both duplication and replication services. Depending on your requirements we carry out the disc production either on premises or in conjunction with our partners.
